Truck Trainer and Assessor – Perth – $120,000 + Super

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Truck Driver Trainer & Assessor to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality heavy vehicle driver training and conduct competency-based assessments in line with Transport for NSW and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) standards. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and theoretical training for HR, HC, and MC licence candidates
- Conduct competency-based assessments (HVCBA) in accordance with Transport for NSW requirements
- Provide transparent, constructive feedback to learners
- Ensure all training and assessment activities comply with regulatory and safety standards
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Promote safe driving practices and industry best standards About You
- Current HR, HC or MC heavy vehicle licence (MC preferred)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Accredited or eligible to become a Transport for NSW Heavy Vehicle Competency-Based Assessor
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Professional, reliable, and safety-focused
