Facilities Manager - 140 William Street (Perth)

You will take ownership of this commercial asset, overseeing building services, contractors, compliance, and operational performance, while working with a collaborative team and partnering closely with key stakeholders. The Opportunity
- Oversee day-to-day building operations, maintenance and asset performance
- Manage and coordinate contractors, service providers and vendors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving complex issues proactively
- Prepare and manage budgets, capital works and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and statutory regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify efficiency opportunities About You
- Proven experience in Facilities Management / Building Operations (commercial property preferred)
- Strong background in contractor management, maintenance and building services
- Financial acumen across budgets, Capex and reporting
- Sound understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering or Property (desirable) What’s in for you
