The Role We’re looking for experienced Electrical Leadership to join our team delivering the newly awarded CLAHDO project at Cape Lambert. This is a long-term project on a 2:1 roster through to Q1 2027.This role will be offered on a 2:1 FIFO roster with responsibilities including:
- Leading by example on the tools, promoting safety, quality workmanship, and productive work
- Coordinating and supporting electricians, trades assistants and apprentices while reinforcing company policies, secure work practices, and positive team culture
- Completing risk assessments, address hazards, assist with JHAs/toolbox talks, and maintain compliance with electrical legislation.
- Occasionally stepping‑up as Electrical Supervisor as required
- Supporting shutdown and projects activities, tooling/consumable management, equipment upkeep, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You will Need The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified electrician in mining construction projects and shutdown environments
- Solid understanding of electrical maintenance, installations, cable pulling, terminations, and fixed‑plant systems
- Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and proactive mindset What We Offer
