We are Perth’s premier event hire destination, supplying the furniture, styling pieces and event essentials that bring unforgettable moments to life. From massive corporate festivals, major sporting events and high-end catering functions to intimate birthday parties and breathtaking weddings, we provide the canvas for it all. We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our quick-paced showroom team. If you understand the urgency, the standards and the energy of the hospitality business (perhaps you're coming from a fast-paced hotel or venue role!), you will feel right at home here. What You’ll Be Doing: You won't just be answering phones; you'll be an essential partner in helping our clients pull off incredible events. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Being the friendly, first point of contact for our diverse clients. Whether they are walking into our showroom, calling in or reaching out online.
- Crafting accurate quotes, managing hire contracts and keeping everything organised using our booking software (Point of Rental).
- Juggling a mix of large-scale corporate clients (festivals, conferences) and smaller private clients, offering personalised equipment recommendations.
- Problem-solving on the fly! If a client needs a last-minute change or an alternative piece of equipment, you’ll be the one finding the solution.
- Liaising closely with our dispatch and packing teams to ensure every delivery detail is crystal clear so our drivers can execute flawlessly.
- Helping to maintain a beautiful, inspiring and immaculate showroom space. Who We’re Looking For:
- The Experience: You bring at least 1 year of experience, ideally with a background in hospitality, retail, office admin or event. You "get" the industry vibe and know what goes into a seamless event.
- Cool Under Pressure: You have a high attention to detail and know how to prioritise when the busy season hits.
- A True Team Player: You bring a positive attitude, communicate openly and love jumping in to assist your colleagues.
- Tech-Savvy: You have outstanding computer skills and the ability to pick up new software systems quickly.
- A Great Communicator: Whether chatting with a frustrated caterer or an excited bride, your communication is always clear, warm and professional. Why Join Us?
