- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a premium design and construct commercial building scope, ensuring program, budget, quality and safety outcomes are consistently achieved.
- Drive project schedule, procurement strategy and resource planning to keep works progressing efficiently and on time.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a high‑performance culture and maintaining strict compliance standards.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects and consultants, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee all contract administration, including head contracts, subcontracts, variations and claims.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant WA regulations, codes and safety requirements. About You To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Proven experience in delivering commercial projects (ideally $50m+).
- Robust commercial capability across budgeting, forecasting, procurement, contract management and scheduling.
- Proven leadership in managing onsite resources, logistics, and high‑end finishes.
- A trade or tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative leadership style and a commitment to safety, compliance and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
