Join a collaborative, student‑centred teaching team within a leading Group of Eight university. Full‑time (1.0 FTE) appointment on a tenurable basis. Base salary range: Level B, $118,150 – $139,812 p.a. (pro‑rate) plus 17% superannuation. Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, teaching‑focused pharmacy education across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, with an initial emphasis on the Doctor of Pharmacy and integrated, practice‑based learning.
- Design and contribute to authentic learning and assessment experiences—case‑based activities, simulations and integrated curriculum components—that connect knowledge, skills and contemporary pharmacy practice.
- Work collaboratively within a collegial teaching team to support curriculum integration, quality assurance and continuous improvement, with scope to expand teaching responsibilities and contribute to curriculum leadership over time. Qualifications
- PhD or higher professional qualification relevant to pharmacy practice education.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering innovative, practice‑informed teaching, including case‑based, simulation or integrated learning approaches.
- Proven ability to develop and implement contemporary assessment strategies aligned with learning outcomes and professional standards.
- Current general registration with Ahpra as pharmacist in Australia, with recent clinical practice experience.
- A collaborative, inclusive approach to teaching and service, with the ability to contribute positively to team, School and University activities. Advantages
