Expression of Interest - Shift/Bridge Supervisor (Perth)

This position is a central focal point for all subsea intervention projects (Both onshore & offshore) operations conducted from the vessel during shift periods. As Shift Supervisor you will act as a Role Model for the teams, promote the DOF Subsea values and brand. You will maintain a close operational communication with the Offshore & Diving Manager, ROV Supervisor, Marine Crew, as well as onboard Client Representatives, approved sub-contractors and suppliers. - Diving, ROV or Rigging Supervisor qualification relevant and/or Engineering, Technical or Trade Background relevant
- 5-10 years of relevant subsea operational experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of offshore construction & maintenance techniques/procedures including Air Diving, Saturation Diving, ROV operation procedures, on offshore barges & vessels
- Good written & oral communication skills
- IT/Computer literate
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Good problem solving & decision-making ability
