About the Role Were seeking experienced Plant Operators to join our team at the Sino Iron Mine in WA. These are hands‑on production roles working as part of a high-performing team in a busy operational environment. Available Positions
- Dozer Operators – $ p/h
- Loader Operators – $ p/h
- Water Cart Operators – $ p/h Key Responsibilities
- Protected and efficient operation of allocated machinery in line with site procedures and daily work plans
- Earthmoving and production support activities including pushing loading, stockpiling and water management
- Work collaboratively with other operators and site personnel to achieve production targets
- Follow all safety protocols, including hazard identification, pre-start checks, reporting, and participation in toolbox meetings Requirements
- Proven experience operating:
- CAT D11 Dozers (Trimble experience preferred) and/or
- Komatsu WA Loader and/or
- CAT 785 / 777 Water Cart
- Construction induction (white card)
- Be able to complete a mask fit test
- Proven commitment to positive team engagement
