Senior Injury Prevention Consultant (Perth)

Role We are seeking a Senior Injury Prevention Consultant to lead the psychosocial risk and general safety risk management framework, including the potentially traumatic event response and Employee Wellbeing Strategy. Responsibilities
- Oversee the psychosocial risk and general safety risk management risk framework, including the potentially traumatic event response and Employee Wellbeing Strategy.
- Ensure the Employee Assistant Program (EAP) meets our requirements.
- Develop and deliver presentations and information to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Coordinate work health and safety projects and provide operational and strategic advice to staff.
- Maintain strong stakeholder management, influencing and managing relationships effectively. Requirements
- Knowledge of contemporary workplace psychological health and safety practices.
- Experience influencing and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Experience designing and implementing programs to promote psychologically healthy workplace cultures, including delivery of training.
- High-level project management skills, including the ability to implement processes, deliver outcomes, and meet deadlines.
- Formal investigation qualifications (e.g., ICAM) or equivalent workplace investigation experience.
