Position Overview

Join a dynamic, vibrant and customer‑focused team as a Food & Beverage Attendant at Phillip Island. You will provide and maintain a high standard of service, ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. The role requires working both front of house and in the kitchen.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Food & Beverage environment

Experience mixing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety knowledge

Experienced barista with a passion for coffee

Commercial Cookery qualifications and/or experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Immaculate presentation and grooming standards

Ability to work a adaptable roster, including evenings, weekends

Knowledge of OH&S; guidelines and legislative food safety requirements
