**Venue Manager
- Saltwater, Phillip Island**

Saltwater is a busy coastal restaurant and event venue open Wednesday to Sunday on Phillip Island, Victoria. We're seeking an experienced **Venue Manager** to lead our FOH operations and functions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Skills Assessment: Café or Restaurant Manager (required)
- Strong wine knowledge and awareness of current food trends
- Proven staff management, hiring, and training skills
- Function & wedding event coordination experience
- Rostering, supplier liaison, and cost control knowledge
- Excellent communication, grooming, and time management

This is a **hands-on role** for a motivated hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

**Salary**: Full Time Contract $76K-$90K + Super & Leave **Versatile option**: Permanent part-time (Fri-Sun). Salary negotiable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: $76,000.00
- $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
