Dental Receptionist (Phillip)

We’re on the lookout for a friendly and motivated Front Office Coordinator to join our warm and welcoming team at Redgum Periodontics & Implants. This full time role, Monday to Friday, is a fantastic chance to be part of something special, and we can’t wait to hear from those eager to jump into work in a high-profile specialist dental practice.

In this key position, you’ll be the heart of our practice, using your excellent verbal communication skills and friendly phone manner to provide our patients with the best service possible. Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare/dental setting, but your positive attitude is what truly matters!

Your day-to-day will include:

- Welcoming patients with a smile and helping them with payments and billing
- Keeping accurate dental records
- Editing and formatting of reports and correspondence
- Pitching in with sterilisation duties when necessary

We’re looking for someone reliable with great customer service skills. Bonus points if you have previous dental experience! We’d love someone with:

- Dental assisting qualification
- Excellent tech savvy skills
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
