- Enthusiastic, Positive & Inspiring attitude
- Experience in Management, Administration, Accounting & HR
- Very experienced at computer and using CRM / software
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Desire and willingness to learn
- Possess excellent time Management skills
- The ability to liaise with all people at a high level of professionalism
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Experience and knowledge of Sector Regulations
- Knowledge about theories, pedagogy and relevant learning frameworks
- Skills at supporting educators of varying abilities and learning styles
- Seek to play an integral role in mentoring, guiding and supporting team members, clients and children Duties include:
- Work in collaboration with the Centre Manager, Team Members and Management to deliver the Mission and Vision of the Centre.
- Customer account management, scheduling, billing and invoicing
- Customer service, responsible for incoming communication: Telephone & Emails.
- Promoting, Marketing, Sales and Enrolment tours
- Purchasing of supplies, administration tasks and record keeping
- Exploring opportunities for professional development
- Helping team to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Lead & Encouraging educators to reflect on their practice
- Playing an integral role in mentoring, guiding and supporting team members
- Follow, implement and complete tasks set out in the policies and procedures
- Developing and updating policies and procedures and checklists
- Willing to make time for the role and eager to learn more
