In Work Support Consultant (One Tree Hill)

In‑Work Support Consultant Provide ongoing support to participants six months after employment to help them navigate workplace challenges, build confidence, and maintain sustainable long‑term work. Location: Modbury, South Australia. Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support to participants through regular phone and face‑to‑face contact.
- Monitor progress and help resolve workplace challenges.
- Prepare accurate documentation in line with contractual requirements.
- Identify training or support needs to strengthen employment outcomes.
- Manage a PPS caseload and meet performance and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in Employment Services or strong transferable skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Confidence working independently and in fast‑paced environments.
- Proven performance mindset and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel).
- High motivation and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Requirements
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Current driver’s licence and comprehensive insurance for a vehicle.
- MyGovID (Standard level).
- Ability to pass a National Police Check and Working With Children Check.
- Full‑time availability (Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–5:00 pm). Benefits
