Front Receptionist Role Available
- Modbury, Adelaide We’re looking for a friendly and welcoming receptionist to join our team! Being the front receptionist, you will be the face and voice delivering high quality service to the families that come through our door. About the Role Our team at 8 Senses Therapy are friendly and passionate about delivering high quality Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy that is tailored to each individual; supporting their needs and up‑skilling parents and caregivers to best support them to reach their goals. - Designing and creating digital therapy resources (no task is too big or small!).
- Greeting families in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Digital on‑boarding of recent clients.
- Updating and maintaining accurate client records.
- Handling inquiries over the phone and in‑person.
- Maintaining accurate clinical files.
- Opening or closing of the therapy centre. Qualifications
- A positive mindset and friendly personality.
- An attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of time management and prioritisation skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and take initiative with tasks. Skills
- Proficiency with apps such as Canva.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams.
