**Position Purpose**
- As a Terminal Information Customer Service Officer, you’ll be a welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact for passengers, visitors and airport partners. Based across the terminal welcome desk and reception, this role plays a key part in shaping a positive customer experience by providing accurate information, practical assistance and calm support in a busy, agile environment. This is a permanent part-time role working across a 7-day, 5-week rotating roster.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide friendly, accurate assistance to customers face-to-face, over the phone and in writing
- Respond to airport, travel and general enquiries, acting as a central referral point for information
- Manage lost property enquiries, including logging and reuniting items
- Support reception coverage at the Management Centre, including during leave and peak periods
- Triage and respond to written customer feedback
- Distribute and assist customers with AAL’s hidden disabilities program
- Support the broader airport team during peak operations and major disruptions
- Actively contribute to a safe, inclusive and customer-focused workplace

**Qualifications/Skills/Experience**

**Essential**
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as reception, concierge or administration
- Strong face-to-face, phone and written communication skills
- Experience responding to customer enquiries or feedback
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Availability to work a 7-day, 5-week rotating roster

**Desirable**
- Current First Aid certificate
- Experience working in a fast-paced or operational environment
- Multilingual capabilities
