Total Tools Thebarton is looking for a Full Time Internal Sales/Quotations Specialist , who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting chance for you to utilize your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business. Total Tools has an opportunity for a great candidate to join our high achieving sales team. This is a key role in which you will be working closely with the Business Development Manager & our B2B accounts team. What will you be doing?
- Supporting the Business Development Manager with B2B enquires, quotes and follow ups.
- Maintain a high standard of communication with the B2B team as well as the rest of the store team.
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone and in person.
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a prompt & timely manner.
- Understand the customer needs and proactively identifying requirements. Does this sound like you?
- A passion for outstanding customer service & A can-do attitude
- B2B sales experience essential, preferably in the tool or industrial supply sector
- Demonstrated time management, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
- A solid sense of urgency to finish the job & get it done right – first time.
- Advanced computer skills including MS office and a good understanding of excel.
- Pronto experience is advantageous but not essential.
- First class verbal and written communication skills. Good numeracy & literacy skills. Why work for us?
