We are seeking to appoint a full-time Assistant Store Manager who is driven by the desire to contribute their unique and proven management ability and passion for service, to make a real difference! Our ideal candidate
- Extensive and progressive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy.
- Creative individual with a flair for fashion
- Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded
- Motivated by the challenge of driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement
- Confident in assisting with leading, training and developing your team to further their individual growth and maximize the stores performance Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories
- Assist with tracking store’s performance to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily
- Support the Store Manager in training and development of recent and existing team members.
- Show high levels of detail in visual merchandising and stock management
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures
- Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed
- Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind
