Wait Staff (Point Cook)

Well-established Mediterranean restaurant located in point-cook suburb is seeking a professional and enthusiastic waitstaff member to join our team.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve promptly.
- Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain clean and organized table and dining areas.
- Process payments and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staffs to ensure smooth service.
- Uphold food safety, hygiene and workplace standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of one Year's experience in a similar waitstaff role.
- RSA certification is mandatory.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Professional presentation and a customer focused attitude.
