Well-established Mediterranean restaurant located in point-cook suburb is seeking a professional and enthusiastic waitstaff member to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve promptly.

Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations to enhance guest experience.

Maintain clean and organized table and dining areas.

Process payments and handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staffs to ensure smooth service.

Uphold food safety, hygiene and workplace standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of one Year's experience in a similar waitstaff role.

RSA certification is mandatory.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced setting and handle pressure.

Qualified presentation and a customer focused attitude.
