About the role Join the dynamic team at The Eleet Wyndham City' as a Sales Agent / Sales Assistant. This is a full-time position based in Point Cook VIC 3030. As a key member of the residential sales team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth and success in the local property market. What you'll be doing 1. Assist the Sales Agents in all aspects of the residential sales process, from property marketing to client communication and negotiation 2. Conduct property inspections and provide excellent customer service to prospective buyers 3. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies 4. Maintain detailed records and prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities 5. Actively prospect for new listings and build a strong network of clients and industry contacts 6. Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions and company events What we're looking for 1. Proven experience in a similar sales or customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients 3. Robust negotiation and problem-solving abilities 4.
