Case Manager (Quorn)

Complete Personnel is seeking to fill a Case Manager role to service Quorn and surrounding areas of Flinders Far North. The position will be offered as full time, however there may be some flexibility. The focus of the role will be on providing quality employment consulting services to a diverse range of participants through the Remote Australia Employment Service The role will include the following tasks:
- Managing a caseload of participants who are seeking support services.
- Preparing for each interview by going through case files and reviewing documentation in order to provide an individualised service.
- Providing pre-employment assistance through referrals to training and work experience to increase capacity for employment to achieve job placements and sustainable employment outcomes.
- Working in collaboration with the participant to tailor a job plan with agreed support services and activities to achieve sustainable employment.
- Developing a professional resume relevant to the participants acquired skills and experience. To be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A good understanding of working with computers.
- Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check, or ability to attain.
