Responsibilities

Lead project and tender sales, developing leads and navigating the bidding/tendering phase.

Negotiate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for bid submissions.

Engage with customers during pre‑ and post‑tendering activities.

Provide commercial terms and conditions knowledge for Transmission/Renewable sector, Substations/BESS.

Experience and Requirements

10‑15 years of sales experience in the Australian Electricity Transmission & Distribution sector.

Knowledge of High Voltage Substations & Battery Energy Storage Systems.

Experience working with Australian utility customers such as Transgrid, Powerlink, Ausnet, or private renewable customers.

Ability to develop leads, work with customers during pre‑ and post‑tendering stages.

Negotiation skills during bidding/tendering.

Lead coordination with stakeholders for successful bid submissions.

Customer engagement and relationship building.

Education

Bachelor or master’s in electrical engineering or equivalent.
