- A genuinely supportive environment where questions, learning and development are encouraged About the Role This is a full-time graduate opportunity suited to someone who is excited to develop their clinical confidence in a supportive regional setting. You’ll be working across a broad patient demographic with the prospect to build skills in:
- General optometry and comprehensive eye examinations
- Eye health management and therapeutics
- Co-management with Ophthalmologists and other healthcare providers
- Building strong patient relationships and continuity of care
- Developing confidence in full-scope regional practice Whether you’re a current graduate or approaching graduation, the team is focused on helping you transition confidently into practice. About You You’ll bring:
- A genuine passion for patient care and clinical development
- An eagerness to learn and build your confidence in full-scope optometry
