This network enables us to provide next-day express freight services to all South Australia (Metro and Regional), Broken Hill and Mildura. About the role: We are seeking a vibrant and motivated Operations Administrator for our Port Augusta Depot. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll effectively handle inquiries and provide front-line support, ensuring exceptional service is provided to our customer network. The position is responsible for cross checking any unusual freight, ensuring that system charges are correct, reporting any issues found to the relevant teams. This is a permanent part-time position, Monday to Friday working 30 hours each week, 10am to 4pm. About you:
- Passionate about customer service and driven to deliver optimal outcomes for our customers.
- Confident prioritising and managing competing demands in a rapid-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with our customers, drivers, suppliers and team members.
- Problem solver to identify and resolve issues that may arise ensuring to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Professional and friendly demeanour.
- Proficient in use of the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs. Benefits
