Location Port Augusta plays an important role in that transition. Role Summary Retail Store Manager who leads from within the team. You will be in the work, working stock, executing process, setting clear standards by doing, not directing. Leadership happens on the floor. Key Responsibilities
- Lead from the floor, not the office
- Work stock and execute core processes alongside your team
- Drive disciplined store standards across presentation, stock flow and service
- Manage sales, wages and costs with commercial awareness
