About the Role This is a full-time graduate opportunity suited to someone who is excited to develop their clinical confidence in a supportive regional setting.

You’ll be working across a broad patient demographic with the opportunity to build skills in:

General optometry and comprehensive eye examinations

Eye health management and therapeutics

Co-management with Ophthalmologists and other healthcare providers

Building strong patient relationships and continuity of care

Developing confidence in full-scope regional practice

Whether you’re a new graduate or approaching graduation, the team is focused on helping you transition confidently into practice.

About You You’ll bring:

A genuine passion for patient care and clinical development

An eagerness to learn and build your confidence in full-scope optometry

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Interest in therapeutics and eye health management

A positive, team-focused approach

Dispensing experience is welcomed but certainly not essential.
