- Lead project and tender sales, developing leads and navigating the bidding/tendering phase.
- Negotiate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for bid submissions.
- Engage with customers during pre‑ and post‑tendering activities.
- Provide commercial terms and conditions knowledge for Transmission/Renewable sector, Substations/BESS. Experience and Requirements
- 10‑15 years of sales experience in the Australian Electricity Transmission & Distribution sector.
- Knowledge of High Voltage Substations & Battery Energy Storage Systems.
- Experience working with Australian utility customers such as Transgrid, Powerlink, Ausnet, or private renewable customers.
- Ability to develop leads, work with customers during pre‑ and post‑tendering stages.
- Negotiation skills during bidding/tendering.
- Lead coordination with stakeholders for successful bid submissions.
- Customer engagement and relationship building. Education Bachelor or master’s in electrical engineering or equivalent.
