Experienced HSE Advisor (Port Hedland)

This role drives safety across all contracts through inspections, audits, incident support, inductions and coaching. You’ll ensure compliance, maintain documentation, build strong relationships, and provide hands‑on support. The position runs on an 8:6 or 2:1 rotation (dependent on client requirements). Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety coaching.
- Monitor compliance with client and KingKira HSE requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, registers, and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with workers, supervisors, and clients.
- Champion cultural safety and wellbeing across all worksites. What You Will Bring
- Previous experience as an HSE Advisor in mining, civil, construction or related high‑risk structural activities, with mechanical experience considered advantageous.
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and site compliance.
- Ability to communicate clearly, influence behaviours, and support safe decision‑making.
- Confidence working across diverse teams and environments.
- Solid reporting, documentation and computer skills.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach.

- Cert IV WHS (minimum).
