We are on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative who is looking for their next challenge and to elevate their career!

**What do you do?**
- Respond to inquiries about the company, products, and services.
- Process orders, invoices, payments, claims, credits, and returns.
- Monitor and manage supplier service reports.
- Record all client communications in ECRM system.
- Investigate and resolve client inquiries, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
- Address customer and staff issues, managing dispute resolution & escalation.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as requested.

**What do you need?**
- Customer Service experience
- ideally in the commercial cleaning and property maintenance industries.
- Strong level of communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within budgetary/contractual constraints.
- Ability to make outbound calls and deal with inbound calls.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
