Job Description Your Key Accountabilities: Sales & Client Activity
- Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings with B2B clients, site owners, and key stakeholders
- Conduct initial qualification of inbound and outbound leads
- Support the progression of opportunities to Qualified-to-Buy and Deal-Won stage
- Assist Business Development Managers with follow-ups, proposals, and client communications Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot CRM
- Ensure all opportunities are regularly updated with correct follow-up actions, close dates, and deal information
- Monitor pipeline hygiene and identify outdated or stalled opportunities
- Support preparation of sales reports and dashboards as required Client Communication & Retention
- Respond to client enquiries within agreed response timeframes
- Conduct regular client check-ins to support retention and repeat business
- Coordinate internal handovers between sales, projects, and operations teams Administration & Support
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as required
- Maintain professional documentation and correspondence
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and systems Qualifications


- Experience in a sales support, customer service, coordination, or business development role
- Exposure to B2B environments and CRM systems preferred
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms advantageous
- Commitment to providing a high level of service across written, phone, and face-to-face channels
- High level of accuracy in CRM data, reporting, and written communication
