About the Role This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of insurance claims from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of insurance building claims end-to-end
- Liaise with insurers, clients, trades, and internal teams
- Coordinate schedules, updates, and job progress across all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with insurer requirements and internal processes
- Identify risks, delays, or issues early, and take action to resolve them
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date job records and documentation About You You’re organised, proactive, and take ownership of your work. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced workplace and know how to keep multiple moving parts under control. You’ll also bring:
- Experience in insurance building, claims management, or construction coordination
