As a medium‑size company, they are known for their focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation in delivering products that meet the needs of their customers. This role will be a crucial cog in the business, partnering with all key stakeholders, as well as all key C‑Suite directors.

Job Description

Provide financial analysis and support to key business stakeholders to inform strategic decision‑making.

Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for business units.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.

Collaborate with operational teams to ensure alignment with financial goals.

Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets and KPIs.

Support the implementation of financial strategies and cost‑saving initiatives.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA are highly regarded.

Experience in the FMCG industry, highly desired.

Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills with a commercial mindset.

Proficiency in SAP and intermediate‑to‑advanced Excel skills.

Salary $140,000
- $160,000 + superannuation, pending experience.

4 days on‑site, 1 day work from home.
