Store Person (Port Melbourne)

**About the Role**: As a Warehouse Operator, you'll manage stock flow, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure productive warehouse processes. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in maintaining high operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing Sales Orders through the warehouse process to Ready to Invoice stage
- Picking, shipping, and receipting stock with shifting priorities based on customer needs
- Investigating stock discrepancies with finance and procurement teams
- Coordinating with freight forwarders and assisting with stock movements
- Supporting rental operations, including cleaning returned rental radios
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
- Assisting with training new warehouse staff
- Contributing to continuous improvement and SOP development

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience in warehouse, stock handling, or store person roles preferred
- Robust communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a bonus
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
