**Shift Hours**: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm **Pay Rate**: $31.53 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Place orders for goods required for customer projects and general operations
- Coordinate timely delivery of goods to our company or installation partners
- Verify pricing and quantities on vendor invoices
- Schedule deliveries of ordered goods with installation partners
- Maintain inventory accuracy and record-keeping
- Perform general administrative tasks to support purchasing, invoicing, and ordering
- Provide feedback on support issues and potential product improvements

**Measurement Criteria**:

- Keep the job system up to date with ongoing activities
- Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Maintain transparent communication of activity status and issues
- Timely ordering of goods at the best price
- Prepare orders well in advance to avoid overnight freight
- Identify opportunities for process and cost improvement

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong understanding of purchasing techniques
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for dealing with suppliers and customers
