Sales - Executive Assistant to Director (Port Phillip City)

A rare opportunity to join Belle Property Albert Park and work closely with our Director and team as a Sales Assistant. This role provides an amazing opportunity to gain one on one experience from experienced and proven Agents within the Port Phillip area. Responsibilities
- Property Marketing
- Social Media Content Creation
- Answering phones and handling sales enquiries
- Calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external parties to coordinate a variety of tasks/appointments and meetings
- Database management and client communications, including prospecting and lead generation
- Prioritise & manage tasks for the team & follow through issues in a timely manner
- Assisting with open homes and private inspections
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure that all sale campaigns are completed accurately and on time
- Ensure that all current vendor experiences reflect our brand values and service Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate industry preferred
- A current Victorian Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Reliable car and driver's licence
- Finely tuned negotiation skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Corporate presentation
- An eye for attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
