Level 2 IT Support - Managed Service Provider (Port Melbourne)

**OVERVIEW**

**DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Logging tickets from inbound calls
- Monitor support queue
- System Administration
- Remote support
- Ad hoc and scheduled onsite support
- Proactive maintenance
- Some project work

**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent Windows desktop knowledge
- Excellent Knowledge of M365, Teams, Azure AD, Sharepoint etc.
- Excellent IT hardware knowledge
- Good Networking skills
- Understanding of Cyber Security best practices
- Mac, iOS, Android & Linux skills are advantageous
- Valuable time management & prioritisation skills
- Excellent problem solving
- Excellent communication skills. (Verbal and written)
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar
- Experience with remote management and security tools

**WHAT IS EXPECTED**
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- Have access to a vehicle

- Be willing to work from the Port Melbourne office and on client sites
- Previous MSP or similar experience
- Relevant certifications or willingness to undertake them
- While some flexibility is possible, this is primarily an office-based position

Pay: $55,577.73
- $85,000.00 per year
