Lateral thinking, multitasker;

Computer literacy, including Word and Excel;

Duties and Responsibilities

The main duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Receive and raise service jobs

Review and approve service job reports

Update customers on the progress of the service job

Complete and invoice service jobs

Get and compare prices from supplier for parts required on service jobs and order as required

Data Entry

Some experience in service administration would be well regarded, however we are willing to train a person with the qualities that we are seeking. We are looking for somebody who can bring a strong work ethic, enthusiasm and initiative to the role.

- $80,000.00 per year
