About the role: As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a recent Sales Support Administrator to join our Sales Support Team full time. This role is clerical and administrative in nature. You will be supported and working under the Internal Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to our sales and business development team. Your new role will include but not limited to:
- Schedule Appointments
- Match & Process Funding Body Approvals
- Sales Quoting.
- Process Paperwork for Trials & Deliveries
- Coordinate and setup of Major Healthcare Events, Showroom Trials, Community Therapist Inservice’s and Training.
- Monitor Online Web Chat
- Ad Hoc and Administration duties as required. What we’re looking for:
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent customer service skills
- A motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great time-management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
- Good knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative type of role. Benefits of working at Rehab Hire:
