About the Role:

As a Warehouse Operator, you'll manage stock flow, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure productive warehouse processes. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing Sales Orders through the warehouse process to Ready to Invoice stage

Picking, shipping, and receipting stock with shifting priorities based on customer needs

Investigating stock discrepancies with finance and procurement teams

Coordinating with freight forwarders and assisting with stock movements

Supporting rental operations, including cleaning returned rental radios

Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation

Assisting with training new warehouse staff

Contributing to continuous improvement and SOP development

What We're Looking For:

Experience in warehouse, stock handling, or store person roles preferred

Robust communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners

Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a bonus

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
