- Genuine career progression opportunities within the business The Opportunity As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, online leads, and showroom visits
- Welcome customers and create a positive first impression
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Chery vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of current promotions
- Follow up sales opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Work closely with finance and aftersales departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Build lasting customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards About You
- Previous automotive sales experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results
- Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
