- $85,000 + superannuation (commensurate with experience) Location : 113 Victoria Avenue, Albert Park, 3206 Position Type : Full-time Key responsibilities :
- prepare, cook and present high quality dishes in line with menu specifications
- assist in menu planning, development and seasonal updates.
- maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and kitchen cleanliness
- monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and minimising waste
- ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations
- train and support junior kitchen staff where required Requirements :
- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or IV or equivalent)
- minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience as a Chef
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
