This is a great opportunity for a Senior Associate Property Damage Lawyer who wants more variety and the chance to step into a leadership role within one of Melbourne’s most respected Insurance practices. This is a broad practice where you will be acting for commercial, insurer, and self-insured clients, with three core components to the role: Running your own file load of large loss property damage matters involving fires, floods, and defective building work, particularly within the health, childcare, and construction sectors. for a major construction client, providing exposure to a broader mix of commercial and employment matters and a more strategic, client-side perspective. As one of the most senior members of the team, you will be relied upon for meaningful client responsibility.
