Key responsibilities
Lead engagements as the key point of contact.
Manage a portfolio of clients including: large private businesses, private-equity backed companies, ASX listed companies and entities part of large multinational groups.
Identify and implement improved finance processes (e.g. month‑end close, stakeholder reporting, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation).
Prepare and deliver polished presentations, slide decks, and recommendations to senior executives, ensuring clarity and impact.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior leaders through regular client interactions.
Stay on top of evolving regulatory changes, providing guidance and embedding controls within financial operations.
Assist in managing the team’s workflow, supervising and growing the team.
Contribute to new business opportunities and initiatives and help position the firm strategically to clients.
What you need to apply
Completed your CA/CPA.
4+ years’ experience in consulting, business advisory, external audit, or a related field
Strong written and verbal financial literacy
Proven ability to present and communicate confidently with clients
