Associate - Projects & Construction (Port Phillip City)

Demand on our services has created an opportunity for a front end/Projects & Construction Associate to join the Melbourne team working with Partners Luke van Grieken and Stephen Natoli. Working across a range of large domestic and international projects this is a unique opportunity to pursue an area of law that presents exciting potential for career advancement and significant development opportunities.

Responsibilities

Assist clients on a range of front end matters and large scale projects with a solid focus on energy transition

Advise on and draft a range of project documentation including project development and construction delivery documents

Manage work streams on large domestic and international projects

Liaise with clients and assist in negotiations

Assist with business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years PQE gained within a front-end construction or projects practice

Experience assisting on a range of energy/construction/projects matters

Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills

Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously
