Your role

As an Associate/Senior Associate in our MAC team, you will work with lawyers across all offices, collaborating with Partners and the wider team on the most complex and interesting transactions. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of work and multiple Partners within the MAC team and broader firm network. We encourage you to find and specialise in an area of interest while building a strong foundation across the field. Responsibilities

Involve in public and private M&A;, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work. Deliver highly successful outcomes in M&A; for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and around the world. Gain exposure across a broad range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology, and retail. Qualifications

Experience in a leading Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice, ideally from a top‑tier, national or international firm (private practice or in‑house experience also considered). Ability to effectively manage smaller matters and elements of larger matters. Excellent academics. A desire to learn, grow, network and mentor others. Professional Development
