- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist the team in identifying and removing obstacles to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between team deliverables and business objectives.
- Monitor and report on team performance and project progress.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
- Support the adoption of Agile tools and techniques across the organisation.
- Maintain a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes within the industrial and manufacturing industry. The Successful Applicant A successful Scrum Master should have solid stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills. They should be able to navigate complex environments and support cultural and behavioural change. Qualifications
- MUST be an Australian Citizen, due to the industry the client operates in.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery professional supporting multiple teams.
- Strong experience coaching teams through Agile adoption and maturity uplift initiatives.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and Agile ceremonies across hybrid or distributed teams.
- Experience working within IT operations, application support, or service delivery environments.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile delivery practices, and continuous improvement principles. What's on Offer
