Strategic Planner We are looking for a Strategic Planner to join our Business Planning & Strategy division on a 12‑month term. The role is based in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements. Job Overview The Business Planning and Strategy division provides corporate leadership and oversight, setting strategic direction, ensuring effective governance, and driving sustainability and project management. It partners with the business to address challenges, support the delivery of company results, and foster a high‑performance culture. Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination of cross‑divisional activities for the preparation of Toyota executives' visits.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental activities within the Corporate Services division to develop and oversee the implementation of the division's hoshin.
- Organise company‑wide events to communicate corporate goals and plans, such as the New Year Address.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for information sharing between TMCA, TMC, and affiliated entities, including export control, and resolve any queries or issues.
- Maintain Corporate Strategy reporting systems to provide the business with accurate and timely information. Qualifications & Attributes
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of cumulative experience.
- Experience in project administration and reporting.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills. Japanese language skills are desirable but not essential.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to influence others without direct authority.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Benefits
