Food and Beverage Manager (Soldiers Point)

Bannisters Port Stephens is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our renowned venues, including _Rick Stein at Bannisters_, _Julios_, _Cheeky Dog Bar_. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on manager ready for a new challenge, with the added bonus of a relaxed coastal lifestyle.

**About the Role**

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. This role requires an energetic leader who can develop a strong team culture, deliver seamless service, and create memorable guest experiences.

**Responsibilities**
- **Lead and Manage Operations**: Oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring quality, efficiency, and an outstanding guest experience.
- **Team Leadership**: Build, train, and motivate a team of dedicated hospitality professionals, maintaining high morale and fostering a positive work environment.
- **Guest Relations**: Focus on guest satisfaction, handle feedback with care, and address any issues promptly to uphold service standards.
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor inventory, meeting financial targets while ensuring quality.
- **Compliance**: Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, and maintain compliance with RSA and regulatory requirements.

**Who We're Looking For**

We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a food and beverage management role. You’ll bring a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a talent for building solid teams. Experience with Deputy, Kounta, SevenRooms, and Lightyear is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: $75,000.00
- $85,000.00 per year
