**Join the Bannisters Team in Port Stephens as a Night Auditor**

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? Bannisters Hotels in Port Stephens is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Night Auditors to join our team.

**About the Role** As a Night Auditor, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and exceptional service. This position involves:

- Balancing daily revenue totals across departments.
- Assisting with guest requests and operational tasks.
- Addressing guest concerns and using sound judgment to escalate issues when necessary.

Shifts include a mix of **7 PM
- 4 AM** and **5 PM
- midnight**. As we are a 24/7 operation, **flexibility and availability on weekends and public holidays** are essential.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in Duty Management or Night Auditing.
- Confidence with IT systems; experience with RMS Property Management System is highly regarded.
- A genuine passion for exceptional guest service.
- A current driver’s license is required.

Pay: $55,630.65
- $65,000.00 per year
